NARS Dotty Mani

Good morning everyone!  I recently picked up two awesome NARS polishes that I have been lusting after for a while and I couldn't decide which one to wear first soooo I did them both at once...I'm such a good problem solver : ) 

I started out with a base of Storm Bird and used my dotting tools to add Purple Rain in all different sizes.  I was glad you can still see the metallic character of Purple Rain even in small dots (if you look at the large version of the pics anyway), and I was pleasantly surprised at how neat they look together!  

I have admired Storm Bird from afar for along time trying to figure out if I really need another gray in my collection.  I definitely think its worth it!  I really love this color, and I can see myself wearing it a lot in the future as well as using it for more nail art.  I think it will be a mainstay for me in the spring especially.  I also need to remember to do a full mani with Purple Rain while its still snowy out - I think the metallic purple is a great winter color!
