New Years Eve Nails!

Happy new year everyone!  I hope that it brings lots of happiness and health for all of you and your families.  I was enjoying looking at everyone's super creative NYE nails the past few days and I couldn't decide what I wanted to do, so I went with just lots and lots of glitter (always the best fallback!).  I knew that full glitter nails are always a pain to take off so I started out with my homemade peel-off base coat (aka Elmer's glue poured into an empty polish bottle...) and they came off super easy.  

I used two Deborah Lippmann polishes for this look - Today Was a Fairytale (silver) and Boom Boom Pow (gold).  It took four coats of TWaF and five of BBP but I finally got them super glittery and opaque.

I originally thought about doing all one color but then I couldn't plan out that early what I was gonna wear and what jewelry I should pair with it so I decided to just include gold and silver anyway.
