More Christmas Nails!

Merry Christmas everyone!  I hope everyone is enjoying family time today - I am, even though I am  posting this at the moment but only because they are all watching basketball!    
Here are my second and final set of Christmas nails.  These were inspired by a few posts I saw on Pinterest over the last week or so; it seems there are a lot of variations on this design.  I saw some really pretty all gold and green ones but I settled with traditional Christmas colors (because those are the ones I brought to my parents house...you may recognize them from yesterday's nails....).  For this design you first tape off the triangle that will be the tree, then use striping tape to tape off the garland strands.  I used my dotting tools to add some decoration to the tree afterwards.  The colors I used are Essie Jelly Apple, Illamasqua Nurture, China Glaze Sun-Kissed, Essie Good as Gold, and Essie Loophole.

Take a look around at all the other nail blogs today, I have seem some awesome Christmas nails on Pinterest!!  So many creative ideas, I will have to pin them and save them for next year : )
